A savvy leader-turned-executive-coach, I walked in shoes similar to yours as a successful executive, and have since then been coaching leaders - primarily in tech - for over 20 years. I’ve led coaching teams, continuously refining and teaching the craft of transformative coaching. About Our Coaching Together

  • Imagine and articulate your ideal self and a personal vision. Who do you want to be as a leader, colleague, partner, friend? What do you want to accomplish?

  • Who are you today? Values, beliefs, strengths and weaknesses? How do you see yourself and how do others see you? Where are the most critical deltas between now and your desired future state?

  • We’ll design an ever-evolving roadmap for achieving your aspirations. Tapping into your strengths and learning preferences, we’ll use an extensive library of tools and frameworks to build skills, shift mindsets and approach challenges. We’ll design “experiments” for applying new thinking and skills. De-briefing and reflecting on outcomes helps fuel impactful change.

  • We’ll cycle through these steps over and over, leading to your continued evolution as a leader and a human.

60-90 minutes, 2x per month, talking about the most consequential topics in your career and life.

You’ll be really glad you had each conversation, so we’ll operate on a simple monthly retainer after we launch.
